What comes in your mind when it is summer holidays ?
Let's get an understanding of why do we need a break.
We humans are the most important creatures on this earth.
how?
I think we everyone of us are really important specially when we have the thinking ability.
We can think beyond imaginations.
This is how we have made it too far that we even reached in search of discovering galaxies.
We look after living and non living, things and beings.
Therefore humans are really very important.
When we talk about humans then we are all of us who give our best. It's only the circumstances that make us different from one another. Imagine if we were factory products then we would perform same as everyone.
We get stressed out of any situation that occurs only when we don't get co-operational support from our members either at work, school or at home.
We then wish for a short or long term break. We gets out of the situation when a break is approved. Some returns back and some don't. The ones return are due to commitments and the ones don't return are either been troubled or were looking for better opportunity with new members to associate with.
Anyway please give yourself the time to refresh when you get there for a break. Think whether you really need a short or long break because problems will keep chasing you even in a new group of people.

Talk politely.
Make sure you talk good.
Don't talk revengeful.
Appreciate others for what they are.
When someone talks bad about someone to you then make distance.
Let your skills talk more than your look.
Don't be over confident than others.

If you have a CV that has impressed the company then also prepare a resignation letter that might be needed at some point because the companies now a days don't keep people on long term basis. It's a different case when a company closes down.
When we were young we used to tell our problems to parents and we must not forget that even when we are grown there is someone to listen to problems and God is always there for everyone of us..
